You Are Not Alone
Thinking of you. You are not alone. Truly. In fact, I don’t know anyone at this moment in time, who doesn’t into one or more of these experiences.
At one point in time, I fit into several of these groups and now, I am in a space in my life, where I’ve acknowledged, held my own heart with deep soul compassion, and embraced it all as part of my experience, so I may serve other people who are struggling too. Gratefully, I found my people along my path to help me keep going.
A bit about me… I have over 25 years combined experience in holistic mental health & community based care, palliative care & bereavement counseling, grief coaching, integrative health & relationship coaching, yoga psychology, healing circle, Reiki Master, and vision board facilitator. I am also a writer and the creator of Urgent Soul Care. I create sacred spaces, for heart-centered care, to empower people to honor all of the parts (especially the hard to love parts) of themselves, and live their own version of their best life.
Most importantly. I’m someone with lived experience who has walked the walk. I’m a peer. And people say I’m easy to talk to… it’s kind of my thing.
Maybe you’re not ready to talk about it, and that’s completely ok. Please know, no conversation is too hard for me to have, and if you show up in silence, that’s ok too. If you’re reading this, I am here, as part of your community (virtual or in-person) to help you have these challenging conversations, the ones most people could never imagine.
