What is included in single sessions:
Private Coaching Sessions - I will meet with you and create a brave, safe, heart-centered space for you to share at your own pace and time. As sessions progress, I will reflect your inner wisdom back you, ask you questions to help you uncover your blocks and fears, and discover more of who you are blooming at your core. Come as you are. There is no pressure to be anyone other then completely who you are today. All are welcome.
We will determine the timing together to best meet your needs. Typically, sessions are 60-90 Minutes, once a week, but I customize programs and programs for each person.
Guided Visualizations are often integrated into my support sessions because they are a powerful way for most people to relax, restore inner peace, build body awareness, and ultimately heal and feel whole.
Follow up text, email, or phone support - You are hiring me as your coach to support you on your path in the time and space you need for healing and growth. Your healing is timeless and I understand that. Whether you book 1 session, a package of sessions, or join one of my programs, I will reach out to you following or between calls.
What is included in packages:
Impromptu check-in sessions as needed for building awareness, confidence, and overall growth with support. I also offer the freedom for you to reach out to me on my cell phone, as often as needed, between our scheduled sessions. Remember, I am here by your side as you move through often BIG shifts and changes in your life.
Customized whole body & soul care practices, including guided meditations and movement practices to support your health and wellbeing along the way
Access to my library of thoughtfully curated resources, including guided movement, meditations, and mind-body practices for sleep, grief, loss, stress, trauma, pain, etc.
Aromatherapy consultation with $100 credit toward your custom products for your health and wellbeing needs (i.e. Sweet Dreams oil blend to support your sleep)
