Private Coaching Sessions - We will determine the timing together to best meet your needs. Typically, sessions are 60-90 Minutes, once a week.
Ongoing text, email, and/or phone support - You are hiring me as your coach to support you on your path in the time and space you need for healing and growth. Your healing is timeless and I understand that.
